The Well in the Desert is in need of funding for an Audit. The “Well” was denied the opportunity to apply for a Desert HealthCare District grant because they do not have an “acceptable” audit.  If they provide an Audit, they will be able to proceed with applying for future funding from the District.   The Well is process of applying for a $5,000 Small Grant from the Desert Healthcare District (DHCD) that does not require an audit.   If the grant is approved, the Well will be able to reprogram funding to pay for the audit but a gap remains.
