I. CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL
II. CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA
In order to meet Brown Act requirements, items may be added to the agenda only upon decision by a majority of the Board of Directors to add the item because of a need for immediate action.

III.PUBLIC COMMENT / PRESENTATIONS
Public Comments: All persons wishing to speak are requested to fill out a comment card so they may be recognized at the appropriate time. General comments regarding non- agenda items will be called for at this time. Specific comments regarding agenda items will be called for during discussion of each item. Please be prepared to limit your remarks to 3 minutes.

IV. New Business – Action Required
     A. Authorization for the CEO to submit an application to SBA Paycheck Protection            Program (PPP) (Attach.  #1A #1B)
The COVID 19 virus will be negatively impacting RAP operations due to uncertain future       sales tax revenue, reduced CNA activities and potential loss of lease revenue.   The PPP is a   Federal loan, possibly a “forgiveable” loan.

   B. Allow Alianza to submit an application that does not qualify for a Small Grant                                         Request due to amount, $25,000.  (Attach. #2)  The Executive Committee has the authority to allow Allianza to submit an application which would go through the Application process which includes  Rating by Reviewers, and if it passes threshold  to advance to the Grants Committee for a  recommendation to the Board.
